Quotation, Pricing, Payment Terms & Taxes

  1. The company will first generate a Pre-Design Quote/Estimate & a Post Design Quote (post-designing & site validation) for its customers.

  2. Taxes And Duties: All "Company" product pricing includes applicable taxes. This is non-negotiable.

  3. The Post Design quote of the Customer project will be determined by factors such as measurements, scope of work, and any alterations made to designs, materials, or finishes. As a result of these adjustments, Customers should anticipate a potential fluctuation of approximately 15-18% in the Pre-Design quoted value. Nonetheless, in situations involving non-standard product selection, customization, or additional scope of work, there may be a significant increase in prices beyond the initial Pre-Design Quote value.

  4. All Services to be rendered are updated in the quote & customers also will have to ensure that their requirements are covered in the quotation. Services NOT mentioned in the quote will not be part of the execution planning of the project.

  5. The name used for order booking should be in line with the KYC of the customer. No name changes are possible once the order is booked. Disclosing complete names at the time of order booking will help for all legal communications, availing finance options, GST Invoice in case of the registered person, and processing refund if in case of cancellation as specified in these terms and conditions.

  6. For booking an order with TheHouseKraft, the Customer quote value should include a minimum of INR 1,50,000 of "woodwork". In case the quoted value of having woodwork is less than INR 1,50,000, the same shall not be accepted.
